How old is your start-up and what’s the idea behind this?

We are more than a year-old company incorporated in 2018 October. As individuals we wanted to explore the world of image consulting and soft skills training and make a difference in ours as well as people life. The Idea behind this start-up is to make people aware that how they are is perfect its just that with time and new roles and goals one needs to really ENHANCE and become a BETTER VERSION of themselves. One must invest in themselves rather then investing in materialistic view. There was a big need identified by both of us to work for people and make them realise that the MOST IMORTANT aspect in this world is YOU and one needs to make themselves a BETTER VERSION of themselves to really sustain in this world.

Your brand plans for next 3 years!

Our brand SOULFUL IMPRESSIONS stand for touching lives INSIDE OUT & OUTSIDE IN. We endeavour to work not only on the OUTSIDE visible aspects but also on their INSIDE. The root cause for any kind problem or hindrance or a baggage which a person carries is rooted deep down to their childhood and inner soul. We work to really pull the person up on his SELF IMAGE AND SELF ESTEEM and then work on his BODY IMAGE and other aspects to really boost him and give them the CONFIDENCE of accepting themselves and better themselves. Thus, the name SOULFUL IMPRESSIONS – BE THE BEST OF YOU. We have delivered trainings to 300+ individuals in group, corporate and individual workshop. We have worked with Kids, Adults and Women in our various workshops. We would like to touch above 2000+ individuals in the next 3 years plan. We want to work for the Youth as they are our future and that’s how we shape the future of the country. The youth of today is conscious of what they want to do in life. Kids are also our target audience to work for. We have a holistic School and Youth Program which focuses on enhancing the Life Skills and Soft Skills of the Kids and Youth. Corporate Training and Workshop for Women Empowerment is what we would be driving the most in the coming 3 years plan schedule. We are developing modules for Women Empowerment and Safety of Women in Corporate and Social Circle.

What’s Your idea and motivation of getting into entrepreneurship?

Entrepreneurship gives one freedom to explore their full capability and potential. We have worked as professionals in corporates which requires a different kind of capability. After coming back from Maternity, it was a tough decision to leave a child and go back to job life which has no balance. Having interest in Training and consulting people we decided to start our own venture and work as per our times and needs. Entrepreneurship teaches you to be more persistent and have a vision in life to make your venture a success. That was our motivation. When associated with Image Consulting Business Institute we got to understand the importance of Image Consulting and its huge scope and it gelled well with our Training prospect of Soft Skills and Behavioural Science. That again was a second trigger of getting opportunities in this filed to really start our own venture and work towards being an entrepreneur rather than a service personnel

What goals you have setup for This new venture of yours?

Goals that we have kept for our venture Able to build a network of prospects and make them understand what Image Consulting all is about. Its not only to do with your Outer Beauty but also your Inner beauty peace and companionship Be able to venture into college and work for Youth and Kids for Soft Skills and Life Skills coaching. Be able to work for Women Empowerment Vision of taking this company to the national level and reach out to nearby Tier 2 and Tier 3 areas since we believe most of the population who are planning to shift to this big city fail to shift or survive in such cities due to unavailability of proper trainings and knowledge. Break the myth that Grooming is only your outer beauty you need to Groom yourself Internally to be able to look beautiful outside

Any challenges you have faced so far!

Challenges are many in this road since the basic understanding of Training and Image Consulting awareness is very low. Corporates which are medium to large scale don’t want to invest time and effort in grooming or upgrading their employees that much. Small scale or start-ups don’t even think in these lines. Training in india is the last option for companies which they do to just give the employees the feel that yes, they care for them. Technical companies invest in technical trainings however behaviour skills training is not given that importance. Making people understand that you need to work on yourself not because there is something wrong in you however its good to be Upgraded and Enhanced well is what we face challenge when there is individual counselling session People know how to shop however they just don’t know what to BUY exactly for themselves and that is what makes their wardrobes fall off. Creating that awareness is another challenge. Everyone understands they need to work on themselves however they don’t want to invest time, money and effort in doing so and then regret it when they don’t get what they wanted to achieve in life. Entrepreneurship now in INDIA is easy and accepting women as trainers specially in corporate world is still a long way to go.
