WIEF is a non-profit organization with the vision that every woman should be financially independent.
The whole process includes identifying, handholding and investing in high potential women-owned businesses and ventures, while offering guidance and mentorship to every woman including current business owners & future business aspirants which helps them unlock their hidden potential thereby accelerating the growth of the whole ecosystem.
Women of our society are coming to the front seat, taking up leadership roles in all the respective fields since education and knowledge is essential in bringing development, welfare and equality in our society.
To encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst girl and women it is important to showcase and promote the development of promising women entrepreneurs by nurturing their skills.
The summit will feature keynote conversations between executives and important government officials, bureaucrats, recognitions and journey telling sessions of unsung women heroes/entrepreneurs, gen-next panel discussions and fireside chats between special celebrity guests, who will talk and share their journey and many valuable lessons learnt from their respective journeys. I-WELA 3.0 will bring together the voices and insights of a diverse range of female luminaries. This event will run a whole day and focus on various women leaders who are leading their respective sectors and redefining the rules in corporates, startups and individually run ventures. It will explore ways to realize the true and complete potential of the women talent pool.
Women, be it in cities or even in remote towns and villages are now progressively making their voices heard, loud and clear in our society. They are doing so by working hard and steadily climbing the hierarchy. Any men or women can learn irrespective of any business/profile and can create a buzzword by working in all spheres. This 3rd edition of National Summit on Women and Education Empowerment will empower women in such a way that will enable them in writing their own success stories.
